In addition to his HO Blackhorse Junction Railroad layout, featuring an 1940's all-steam theme, he is also an HO retailer and repair craftsman, gunsmith and, as chief cook and bottle washer of Clark Industries, also manufactures full scale propellers for the Spitfire, DeHavilland Tiger Moth, Fleet Finch, Hawker Hind, Fury, Demon, Hart, and Nimrod. The company also makes propellers (airscrews) for various model aircraft. A visit to John's house/office/factory just west of the Tottenham Road on Hwy 9 in Ontario is always a pleasant outing and John is a great conversationalist as well as a source of knowledge about HO scale.
