Coming This Fall - Layout pictures from model railroaders across Canada! The purpose behind ModelRailroadCanada.com is to highlight the Canadian model railroad community. Be you new to the hobby or one of the 'founders', we hope that you will find something of interest every time you come back to visit. This, in a way, is your website. There are no fees to visit it and we want you to come back as often as you wish since ModelRailroadCanada.com will be continuously updated with new information relating to our hobby, pastime, passion, mistress, what-have-you. Looking over the menu on the left you will see we have a lot of space to fill and when it comes to the pictures, stories and comments… this is where you come in. We are looking to you to put the finishing touches to ModelRailroadCanada.com. We want your stories about your layouts, how they came to be and where they are going. Your comments about the hobby, good or bad, will also be welcome. Have you found a neat trick while working on your pike that you would like to share with others? Are you new to model railroading and need some advice from your fellow hobbyists? Do you have some equipment that you would like to sell or buy? And what good would any website be without pictures. We want you to send us your best shots. All that we ask is that you write a short caption for each and send them on a CD-Rom so that we can optimize them for the website. This website is not trying to replace some of the excellent publications that serve us so well. We still watch the mailbox at the beginning of each month for our next issue of Model Railroader or Railroad Model Craftsman. In fact, our purpose is to compliment them by bringing the content of some of their issues to your attention. On the other hand, we will be changing the content on the website continually and will archive all past articles, product news and other pertinent information in an easily retrievable format. Most of all this website will be about fun. Our slogan is 'For The Fun Of It' and isn't that what model railroading is all about? So let's have fun!
