TIPS 'n TRICKS

A Jewel of an idea
I was constantly getting glue on some of the clear windows on my structures and by the time the model was almost finished I was running out of the clear plastic that came with the kits.
It was one evening when I was cleaning up the downstairs room that I came across a bunch of CD Jewel cases that once protected some now discarded CD's. I took a few to the workbench and cut out pieces for the bare window openings that were spread around my layout. With a few strokes of my Exacto knife and some fast-drying cement I was able to make my buildings safe from the elements with their shining new windows.
